Privacy policy
Shake Digital publishes SEO Services Scotland. This page sets out what personal information the site handles, why it is handled, and what you can ask for.
What this site collects
SEO Services Scotland is a set of static pages. Reading them does not require you to identify yourself and does not create any record with Shake Digital.
If you write to Shake Digital, the message and whatever you choose to put in it are held so that they can be read and answered.
What information is used for
Anything you send is used to reply to you and to deal with the matter you raised. It is not used for marketing and it is not sold.
Sharing with others
Shake Digital does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and nothing you send is passed to another organisation for its own purposes. Information would be disclosed only where the law requires it.
Cookies and similar technology
This site does not track you and sets no cookies of its own. Some pages may include material delivered by another provider. Where they do, loading it may leave cookies set by that provider, governed by the provider's privacy terms rather than by this page.
Logs kept by the host
Like every website, SEO Services Scotland is delivered by a hosting provider that keeps routine technical logs, including IP addresses. Those records exist to keep the service running and secure. Shake Digital neither receives nor processes them.
What you can ask for
Under UK data protection law you may ask what personal information Shake Digital holds about you, ask for anything inaccurate to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to it being held at all. Requests can be made with Shake Digital directly, and will be answered. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection.
Getting in touch about this
